Online newspaper Elenska tribuna is periodically print and online publication covering the entire life of the municipality of Elena and it is the only periodical which goes to the municipality.
Print edition in city of Elena is the successor of the progressive newspaper Elenska zashtita issued by Panayot Karshovski in 1937 and the first issue of the periodical Elenska tribuna was released in 1959 under the title "Balkanska tribuna" and for 45 years newspaper in city of Elena not stopped going out of print.
The newspaper has a tabloid format and comes out every second and fourth Thursday of every month, to which interested not only locals but also by his longtime subscribers in cities across the country - Sofia, Ruse, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, and abroad - Australia, Canada, USA, Germany and others countries.
